SUPERVISION, CONSULTATION, & TRAINING

Supervision and/or consultation is an important part of any counselor/therapist's journey, both pre and post licensure/certification. I am family systems and play therapy trained. I am registered as a supervisor with the Licensed Professional Counselor's Association of Georgia and hold supervisor status with the Association for Play Therapy.

My approach to supervision is person centered and developmental, focusing on the needs of each individual to facilitate learning, competency, and personal growth. I offer supervision/consultation individually and in pairs for licensed counselors, counselors in training (pre-licensure), play therapy registration, and teachers who work with children. Supervision may involve discussion, videotapes, audiotapes, and/or other images (artwork, sandtray pictures, etc.), observation, experiential work, etc.

• Use of self as a therapist
• Self care (family of origin issues, dealing with life transitions and challenges,
  balance between personal and professional life, secondary trauma, integrity)

• The journey toward licensure

I offer individual and paired supervision (considered individual supervision by the Ga. Composite Board)

COST: My fees begin at $75 per clinical “hour: (50 minutes) or $105.00 for a 90 minute session.
